Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size. Any ongoing free delivery offers will be clearly mentioned.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or high order volumes. Tee’s Orchid is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If the order is not received, it may be returned back to us.
